Notifications
Notifications tell you when something finishes or breaks without your having to watch for it: a Send Integration or Webhook switched off, a Scheduled Email done sending, an export ready. Each one can arrive by email, in the app under the bell, or both.
Instructions
- Navigate to Account > Notifications tab.
- Notifications come two ways, Email and Web, and each event can be set to either or both.
- Five events can be subscribed to today: a Send Integration deactivated, an account Webhook deactivated, a Scheduled Email finished sending, and an export ready for a Contact list, a Suppression list or a Report. More are planned.
- Tick the notifications to subscribe to, then click Save. Nothing is subscribed until it is saved.
- Web notifications arrive under the Bell icon in the header. The bell shows the most recent few; View All Notifications opens the full page where all of them can be read and managed.
Export notifications are the ones worth pointing a user at when they are exporting a large list or report, since those take a while and the notification is how they learn it is ready.
