Supported File Formats

Column Mapping
- EmailElement auto-maps columns by header name
- Manual adjustment available for unrecognized columns
- Hover tooltip shows sample data from each column
- Custom fields can be created during mapping
Import Behavior
| Scenario | Behavior |

| New contact | Added to list |
| Duplicate email | Data merged/updated, not duplicated |
| Invalid email format | Skipped |
| Empty rows | Skipped |
| Suppression: Append mode | Added to existing records |
| Suppression: Repopulate mode | Replaces all existing records |
File Size & Limits
- Upload supported through the UI for standard file sizes
- For very large datasets (100K+ contacts), consider breaking into multiple files or using the API
- Custom fields: up to 150 total (25 or 50 per type)
