Schedule
A Scheduled Email is one send: the content, who gets it, which Send Integrations carry it and when it goes. It can go once, repeat weekly, or run as a warm-up that raises the volume day by day.
Instructions
- Navigate to Schedule > Create Scheduled Email. Enter a name, select an Email Content, and choose one or more Send Integrations (system rotates through them; failing integrations auto-deactivate and retry).
- Optionally configure multi-integration settings: Assign Email Domain Groups (route recipients by domain, e.g., Google, Yahoo) or Assign Weights (percentage split across integrations, must total 100%).
- Select Segments and/or Contact Lists as audience. Add Suppression Lists (some are auto-assigned per brand). Optionally select a Jump Page.
- Click Save Scheduled Email, then Schedule Send: set Start Time and optional End Time (distributes evenly over range). Add optional Volume Cap and Limit to Once Only.
- For recurring sends: under Schedule Recurring, select frequency (Weekly) > choose days > set date range and times. Recurring sends prioritize contacts not emailed in the last 60 days.
- For warm-up: select Warm-up frequency > set start date, number of days, start/end times > choose strategy (Linear, Exponential, Custom) > set start volume and increment > View/Edit Warm-up Plan.
