Platform Integrations
A platform integration brings conversions back from the tracking platform you already use — Everflow, Tune, Cake, HitPath or RedTrack — so you can see which clicks turned into revenue. You add a SubID tag to the links in your email, and conversions come back against the contact who clicked.
Instructions
- Navigate to Platform Integrations > Create Platform Integration. Select the platform: Everflow, Tune, Cake, HitPath, or RedTrack.
- Enter the integration name, API Key, Affiliate URL, and Affiliate ID (from your platform account).
- Click Create, then click Run Test to verify connectivity.
- Add SubID tracking to email content: open an Email Content > edit a Custom HTML or Drag and Drop template > edit a link > append the SubID replacement tag to your offer URL.
- When recipients click the link, the unique SubID is sent to the platform integration. Conversions are ingested into EmailElement and visible in Contact History and Reports.
