Elastic Email

To set up an ElasticEmail Send Integration the following are required:

• A paid account so webhooks are enabled
• An API key with correct permissions to set up webhook and headers. (See images below)
• Add Unsubscribe URL to Brand Footer (Optional)

Elastic Email will always add their own unsubscribe link that redirects to their service, so you'll have to add the unsubscribe URL to your Brand Footer if you want to prevent duplicate links. See their documentation for further information.

• In EmailElement, navigate to the Brand you want to use with your Elastic Email send integration
• Under the Brand Templates section, select “Edit” for Brand Footer, and choose either Custom HTML or Drag and Drop for your template type
• Paste the following tag anywhere you'd like the link to be in your template:

{EEUnsubscribeUrl}

• Make sure to add all other required tags (unless you select the option to opt out of them) and save your Brand.

Set Up Elastic Email in EmailElement

1. Go to Send Integrations and click Create Send Integration.
2. Choose the integration type, pick Elastic Email from the list, and click Next.
3. Enter a name for the integration.
4. Select one or more sender domains. A validated domain carries a green tick and is ready to send from.
5. Enter the API token you created.
6. Custom Headers are optional, and go on every email this integration sends.
7. Click Create.

Test the Integration

1. Click Run Test on the integration.
2. The result is reported for each sender domain on it.
3. One domain succeeding is enough for the integration to go active.
