Brands
A brand holds the company name and postal address that appear in the footer of every email sent from its Sender Domains, along with the header, footer and unsubscribe page those emails use. Each brand gets its own Suppression List, so unsubscribing from one brand does not stop email from another.
Instructions
- Navigate to Brands > Create Brand. Fill in the 6 required fields: Brand Name, Company Name, Address, City, State, Zip. These values appear in the footer of every email sent from associated Sender Domains.
- After creating the brand, a Suppression List is automatically created for it. When recipients unsubscribe from an email, they are added to this list and will no longer receive email from this brand.
- Associate the brand with a Sender Domain: go to Sender Domains > select a domain > choose the brand from the Brand dropdown > Save.
- Optionally customize Brand Templates: Brand Header, Brand Footer, and Unsubscribe Page. Each template can use Custom HTML or Drag and Drop editor. If not set, defaults are used.
- Preview templates using the Preview buttons. Deactivating or deleting a footer or unsubscribe page reverts to the platform default (footer and unsubscribe page are always required).
