Jump Pages
A Jump Page is shown to a contact after they click a tracked link and before they reach where that link points. It is where an age gate, a consent notice or a legal disclaimer goes.
Instructions
- Explain what a Jump Page is: a page contacts are redirected to when they click a tracking link from your email. Common uses: consent notices, legal disclaimers, age gates, or any required interstitial.
- Navigate to Pages & Forms > Jump Pages tab > Create Page. Enter a name for the Jump Page.
- Edit the default template in the Custom HTML editor. The default is a working starting point that can be customized.
- Add a logo by inserting an
<img>tag inside the default container, then uploading the file via the Upload button that appears in the Images section after the editor detects the tag. - Update the body text to fit the use case (e.g., age-gate copy).
- Add fields and buttons from the right panel:
- Fields dropdown — select a field (e.g., Date of Birth), pick the field type (Input for textbox, Select for dropdown, Textarea for multi-line).
- Toggle Required so contacts must complete the field.
- Optionally adjust the field mapping.
- Buttons section — insert Submit, Close, or Link buttons. For a back/decline action, use Close with action Close Page. Update labels and the background hex color to match brand.
- Click Preview to verify rendering. Click Create to save.
- Use the Jump Page on a send: in Scheduled Email (and any other place with a Jump Page dropdown), select the saved Jump Page. When a contact clicks a tracking link in that email, they will be redirected to the Jump Page before reaching the final destination.
