Contact History

Contact History answers what happened to one address. Search for it and you get its field values, every Contact List and Suppression List it is on, and every send, open and click it has recorded.

Instructions

1. Navigate to Contact History > enter an email address in the search field > click Search.
2. View the Contact Attributes section to see all field values from Contact Lists (name, phone, custom fields, etc.).
3. View list membership: Contact Lists (all lists the contact belongs to, including those added via Triggers or API), Suppression Lists, and Unsubscribes.
4. View engagement data: Delivery Status (all emails sent to this contact), Clicks (link clicks with timestamps and URLs), Opens (email opens with timestamps and client info).
5. Use this data to diagnose delivery issues, verify list membership, or understand a specific contact's journey through your campaigns.
