Automated Imports

An automated import keeps a suppression list current from a provider you already use — Optizmo, UnsubCentral, Cake or EmailMonitor — instead of your uploading a file each time. You choose the provider, give it your credentials, and it downloads on the frequency you set.

Instructions

1. Navigate to Suppression Lists > create or select a suppression list. Choose a format compatible with your provider (e.g., MD5 for Optizmo or Cake, Email for EmailMonitor).
2. Enable the Automated Imports toggle. Select a List Provider from the dropdown: Optizmo, UnsubCentral, Cake, or EmailMonitor - Dead Seeds.
3. Fill in the provider-specific fields (API keys, credentials). The Download URL is auto-populated after selecting a provider.
4. For Cake, if a Cake Platform Integration already exists in Platform Integrations, the API Key, Affiliate URL, and AffiliateId pre-fill from that integration — only the OfferId and Optizmo ApiKey still need to be entered.
5. Set the Frequency for how often the list should be downloaded.
6. Click Save, then Run Now to perform the first download. Records import automatically on the set frequency going forward.
7. Monitor import history in the suppression list detail view to confirm downloads are completing successfully.
