Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first item in the left menu and where you land after logging in. It answers one question: what has my sending done lately.

Instructions

1. Choose a period at the top right. The choices are Last 24 Hours, Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, and Select Range for your own dates. Every figure on the page follows it.
2. Read the cards. They are grouped in three rows, and each shows a percentage with the underlying count beneath it:
   • Scheduled, Processed, Pending, Deferred — where your sends are up to.
   • Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Bounced (split into soft and hard) — how they landed.
   • Failed, Suppressed, Unsubscribed, Complained — what went wrong or was stopped.
3. The chart below the cards plots the same period over time.
4. The grid at the bottom lists the scheduled emails in that period, with Name, Start Time, End Time, Status, Scheduled, and a count and percentage for each event type. Expand a row with the arrow to break it down.
5. Click a count on a card to open the report behind it, already filtered.

A percentage of 0.00% with a count of 0 means nothing happened in that period, not that something failed. Widen the period before reading anything into it.
